This website is operated by Turban Plus Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Turban Plus Inc. Turban Plus Inc. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following retailer policies, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Minimums

Turban Plus Wholesale requires a minimum order of $100 per order. $10.00 surcharge for orders under minimum.

 

Payment

All orders must be pre-paid in order to ship unless you are a verified net terms account. We accept payment via credit card and debit cards with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express logos. We also accept PayPal. Order billing information must match credit card billing information for orders to process.

 

Cancellations

Orders placed via TurbanPlus.com can only be cancelled if the order has not shipped. A 15% restocking fee applies to each cancelled order. Contact us via telephone at 714-530-9590 to cancel an order. Please have your order number ready.

 

Product Returns

Product may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, new condition and it is not a non-returnable item. To return a product, call our Customer Service Center at 714-530-9590. Be sure to have your order number handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all return packaging. All returned products must be returned in the original packaging with care labels and hang tags attached. Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. You are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned.

When shipping products back to us, forward to Turban Plus Wholesale a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier so that all parties can track the shipment. Email tracking information to contactus@turbanplus.com. Products returned more than fifteen (15) days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.

 

Non-Returnable Items

All closeout/sale/promotion/discounted items are sold “AS IS” – no refunds, no returns on these items. All Accessories, Sashes, Wig Liners, Hats, Jewelry, Headbands are sold “AS IS” – no refunds, no returns on these items. All Chemo Essentials ® brand items are FINAL SALE merchandise. Custom designed products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Special order/Bulk discount purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Limited Warranty/Lifetime Guarantee

Turban Plus® and Chemo Essentials® brand products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product – which means the usual and customary wearable life of the product, by the original owner. This warranty applies to all Turban Plus® branded products purchased from an authorized retailer.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. Please note, this warranty is void if the inside garment tags are removed. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, improper care, negligence, misuse, improper fit, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, please contact us at 714-530-9590 to receive a return authorization number (RMA). Your product must be returned directly to Turban Plus® Warranty Department, 11541 Salinaz Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92843 with your RMA number. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and recommended to be insured. Turban Plus® will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.

Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be freshly cleaned. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

OTHER WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty is only available in the United States. Turban Plus® will absorb the return shipping charges using standard mail. If you request that we return your product by expedited shipping, the additional shipping charges will be billed to you. Shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs are at the owner’s expense.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all products returned.

 

Refunds

For orders processed via our website checkout, refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. A store credit will be issued for net accounts. Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus the restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any discount associated with the returned products will be voided.

 

Damaged Items and Shortages

Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by calling our Customer Service Center from 9am-4pm PST, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). If product is delivered defective, we will repair or replace item at our discretion.

 

Undeliverable Merchandise

Please ensure you have supplied a valid, deliverable shipping address on your order. You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by the carrier.

 

Product Disclaimer

Due to the nature of fabric, there may be slight differences in color, texture and size. Due to the differences of printed colors in brochures and computer monitor display settings, colors of items shown in our catalogs and on our website may vary slightly.

 

Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping charges will vary per order depending on carrier imposed shipping fee. Minimum S&H flat rate of $10.00 applies to all domestic orders. Shipping & Handling charges and/or local delivery charges will be added to order if applicable. Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Orders with expedited delivery services will ship out same day. We can only guarantee the ship date for expedited orders and cannot be held responsible for carrier or en-route delays. Turban Plus Inc. is not responsible for damages or lost goods after consignment to the freight carrier. We are not liable for any delay or loss due to the carrier, "Acts of Nature", or for any or all circumstances beyond our control. We ship by USPS or UPS ground for all domestic orders. Shipping may take 1 to 5 business days before delivery. UPS Expedited handling may be requested by the customer at an additional expense. Additional delivery time may be required during holidays and peak shipping times. Please allow for shipping time when ordering. We do not guarantee delivery dates. We do not drop ship to your customers. International orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Expected delivery date varies depending on carrier and delivery service chosen. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Backorders

Backorders available by request only. Customer pays Shipping & Handling charges for backorder shipments.

 

Fair Profit

Turban Plus Inc. set MSRP's (manufacturer suggested retail price) are determined in such a way to allow fair profit for our retailers. Buyer agrees to price Turban Plus products according to our set MSRP's. MSRP's are indicated on the wholesale price list.

 

Distribution Agreement

Turban Plus Inc. is the sole wholesale distributor (dealer) of Turban Plus product lines. Turban Plus does not permit any other entity or business to distribute our products to retailers. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers will be void of any product applicable warranties and/or guarantees.

 

Private Labeling

Turban Plus Inc. does not offer private labeling nor do we permit any person or entity to re-brand our products. Turban Plus products are sold under registered trademark(s). Any attempt to re-brand or remove, alter, modify, enhance, or change in any way, our product packaging and/or branding including but not limited to branded hang tags, care labels, stickers, is trademark infringement and it is illegal. We will pursue legal action to the extent of the law.

 

Online Sales Agreement

Turban Plus Inc. customers are permitted to sell on their registered business website, products they purchase from us. Products must be priced according to our MRP and MAP Policy.

Turban Plus Inc. does not permit our customers to sell Turban Plus product lines on 3rd party eCommerce websites, marketplaces (or similar websites, in any capacity) including but not limited to Amazon.com, Walmart.com, eBay.com, or etsy.com. Turban Plus Inc. is the only authorized seller on 3rd party eCommerce websites.

Turban Plus Inc. will, without assuming any liability, cancel all orders and indefinitely refuse to accept any new orders from any customer immediately following Turban Plus verification, to its satisfaction and in its sole discretion, that such customer has sold and continues to sell Turban Plus product(s) on unauthorized eCommerce websites.

We are prepared to seek legal action against any person, business or entity unlawfully selling Turban Plus products or brands on unauthorized eCommerce sites.

 

Images & Logo Use Permissions

Active Turban Plus Wholesale customers can, with our permission, use our branded logo and product mannequin photos on their registered company website. Customers interested in receiving a digital copy of our logo and other approved images may email us at contactus@turbanplus.com. Please include your company name, contact name, your logo/photo size requirements and an explanation of use.

Refusal to Supply

Turban Plus Inc. reserves the right to the following:
We reserve the right to accept or decline wholesale access at our discretion.
We reserve the right to limit on how or where a retailer may sell our products.
We reserve the right to deal with only retailers who agree to our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to terminate a wholesale account without notice and at our discretion.
We reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions without notice and at our discretion.
We reserve the right to adjust our product pricing without notice and at our discretion.
