Order Minimums

A minimum order of $100 applies per order.

 

Payment

All orders must be prepaid unless you hold a verified net terms account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

 

Discount Codes

Discount codes are valid only within the stated promotion dates and must be applied at the time of ordering - they cannot be applied retroactively. Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined and do not apply to orders that do not meet the promotion terms. Turban Plus reserves the right to modify or cancel any discount code at any time. Void where prohibited.

To apply a code online, enter it at checkout before processing. For phone, email or purchase order submissions, include the code with your order.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped. To cancel, call us at 714-530-9590 with your order number ready.

 

Product Returns

Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in new condition and qualify as returnable items. To initiate a return, call our Customer Service team at 714-530-9590 with your order number. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA), which must be clearly marked on the outside of all return packaging.

Returned items must include original packaging, care labels and hang tags. Please pack items carefully to protect against damage in transit. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend insuring the shipment. Please forward your tracking number to contactus@turbanplus.com so we can monitor the return. Items returned after 15 days from the original ship date will not be accepted or returned to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • All closeout, sale, promotion and discounted items
  • Accessories, sashes, wig liners, hats, jewelry and headbands
  • All Chemo Essentials® brand items
  • Custom designed products
  • Preorder, Made-to-order, Special order and bulk discount purchases

 

Limited Warranty/Lifetime Guarantee

Turban Plus® and Chemo Essentials® branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product - defined as the usual and customary wearable life of the item.

If a covered product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, at no charge. This warranty applies only to original, unaltered items purchased from an authorized retailer. It does not cover damage from accident, misuse, negligence, improper care, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time. Warranty is void if inside garment tags are removed.

Products accepted for warranty review must be freshly cleaned. Turban Plus is not liable for lost inbound packages. Return shipping using standard mail is covered by Turban Plus; expedited return shipping is at the owner's expense. This warranty is available in the United States only.

 

Refunds

Refunds and order adjustments are issued as store credit for the final purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any discount associated with returned items will be voided. Store credit is emailed to the address on file and expires within one year of the issue date.

 

Defective Items and Shortages

Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by calling our Customer Service team at 714-530-9590, Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm PST, excluding holidays. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

 

Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. You are responsible for all transportation costs on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable. Request to reroute a package will incur an additional rerouting fee.


Missing or Damaged Package Claims

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contactus@turbanplus.com as soon as possible.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please allow 48 hours and check with neighbors or building management before reaching out - carriers occasionally scan items before final delivery.

Please notify us of any delivery issues within 60 days of the order date. After that window, carriers will no longer accept claims and the package will be considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

To resolve a missing package or damaged merchandise claim, we file a formal claim with the carrier on your behalf. Most carriers require a 7-14 day waiting period after the scheduled delivery date before a claim can be opened; resolutions typically follow within 5-10 business days. We do not send replacements while a claim is in progress - we will issue a replacement or refund as soon as the carrier confirms the outcome.

To process a claim, we require the following:

  • Stolen packages (orders over $100 marked "Delivered"): a police report is required
  • Damaged packages: photos of the external packaging, damaged merchandise and shipping labels - please hold all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

 

Product Disclaimer

Due to the nature of fabric, there may be slight variation in color, texture or size between items. Colors shown in print material and on screens may vary slightly depending on print and monitor settings.

 

Domestic and International Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS Ground for domestic orders; domestic delivery typically takes 1-7 business days after ship date. A minimum shipping and handling flat rate of $3.99 applies to all domestic orders.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for carrier delays, delays due to acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control. Additional delivery time may be required during holidays and peak shipping times. Please allow for shipping time when ordering.

International orders ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Delivery timelines vary by carrier and destination and may be affected by customs processing. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Backorders

Backorders are available by request only. Shipping and handling charges apply to all backorder shipments.

 

Fair Profit and MSRP

Turban Plus sets manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRPs) to protect fair profit margins for our retail partners. By purchasing from us, you agree to price Turban Plus products in accordance with our current MSRP schedule, as indicated on your wholesale price list.

 

Distribution Agreement

Turban Plus Inc. is the sole authorized wholesale distributor of Turban Plus product lines. We do not permit any other entity to distribute our products to retailers. Warranties and guarantees are void on products purchased from unauthorized sources.

 

Private Labeling

Turban Plus Inc. does not offer private labeling and does not permit any person or entity to rebrand our products. Turban Plus products are sold under registered trademarks. Any attempt to alter, remove or modify our product branding - including hang tags, care labels or packaging - constitutes trademark infringement and we will pursue legal action to the full extent of the law.

 

Online Sales Agreement

Active wholesale customers may sell Turban Plus products on their registered business website, provided products are priced in accordance with our MRP and MAP Policy.

Turban Plus does not permit customers to sell Turban Plus products on third-party ecommerce platforms or marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, eBay or Etsy. Turban Plus Inc. is the only authorized seller on these platforms. Accounts found selling on unauthorized platforms will be cancelled immediately and we are prepared to seek legal action as necessary.

 

Images & Logo Use Permissions

Active wholesale customers may use our branded logo and product images on their registered business website with our prior written permission. To request access, email contactus@turbanplus.com with your company name, contact name, intended use and size requirements.

Refusal to Supply

Turban Plus Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline wholesale account applications at our discretion
  • Limit how or where a retailer may sell our products
  • Require agreement to our terms and conditions as a condition of doing business
  • Terminate a wholesale account at any time without prior notice
  • Update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
  • Adjust product pricing at any time without prior notice
